This page is the permanent public record. Drafts and never-dispatched alerts are not shown.
What you see: every Red Alert that was actually dispatched (active, resolved, or cancelled after dispatch). The agency that issued the alert, the time it fired, the recommended action citizens received, and — for cancellations — the reason given. What you do not see: the names of the officers who drafted or approved the alert. Internal accountability is on the §27 platform-admin audit log; this page is for citizen-facing transparency.
